BT Infonet Once Again Earns Telemark Consulting's Overall ``Best in Class'' Honor for Customer Satisfaction in IP Services
Telemark's statistically valid report surveys hundreds of multinationals on 32 different attributes relating to their managed IP service provider. Feedback on provider performance is then weighted and benchmarked in 32 specific categories to gauge performance from a customer perspective. In Telemark's latest IP report, BT Infonet surpassed the industry's benchmark standard in all 32 attributes evaluated, received nine category specific "Best in Class" honors, and was once again found to be the overall "Best in Class" provider at meeting the needs of its multinational clients. Specifically, BT Infonet received "Best in Class" honors in nine categories including "Value for Money," "Installation on Schedule," "Operational Guarantees," "General Helpdesk Provisions," "Ability to Meet Customers' Requirements," "No Hidden Extras in Bills," "24 Hour Transparent Maintenance," "Installation Not Disrupting" and "Long Term Relationship." BT Infonet also received Telemark Gold ratings in three categories -- "Secure Data Transfer," "Ability to Meet Customers' Requirements" and "Long Term Relationship" -- while BT Global Services received three Telemark Gold ratings as well, for a total of six across all of BT. "As customer requirements and the market for IP services evolve, BT Infonet continues to be viewed as the industry's best in our reports." "BT Infonet is truly a client-centric organization. We empower our employees at all levels to take action and resolve issues our clients may have with their IP service," said Jean-Noel Moneton, vice president of Network (NETW.BO, news) Services Marketing, BT Infonet. "That type of flexibility gives us a faster time to market for new services and quicker resolution of problems -- resulting in higher levels of customer satisfaction, as validated in this latest Telemark report.
