The WiMAX Forum® Congress Latin America wrapped up the
inaugural year of the WiMAX Forum’s conference and exhibition series,
boasting the largest WiMAX Forum focused conference in Latin America.

business leads, regulators, operators and wireless market thought

companies over the course of the three-day Latin America Congress. The
keynotes consisted of leading WiMAX industry experts from company
leaders across the ecosystem, including Anatel, YouTube, Subtel,
Siemens (SIEM.BO, news) , Sprint, among numerous others. The two-day conference also
included a Regulation & Spectrum Special Focus Day, free seminar
programs, ‘WiMAX Ecosystem at Work’ and two keynote plenary sessions.

now focus on the 2009 annual series, WiMAX Forum Congress Asia in
Singapore (April 28-29, 2009), WiMAX Forum Global Congress in Amsterdam
(June 2-3, 2009) and WiMAX Forum Congress Americas in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida (December 2-3, 2009).
