The Board of Directors of VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), a global
leader in branded lifestyle apparel, has elected Karl Heinz Salzburger
as a corporate Vice President, effective January 4. He has also been
promoted to President – VF International and named a member of VF’s
Operating Committee. His former title was President – VF EMEA and Asia.
Salzburger will continue to be responsible for driving the growth of
VF’s brands throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the
Asia-Pacific region, reporting to Eric Wiseman, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of VF.

2000, and has played a key role in driving strong top and bottom line
growth in many important geographic markets,” said Mr. Wiseman. “We look
