ACC to raise $62 mln bonds, loans - sources
MUMBAI (Reuters) - ACC (ACC.NS : 794.05 +10.3
) Ltd, India's largest cement maker, is looking to raise about 3 billion rupees ($61.5 million) via bonds or loans or a combination of both, banking and company sources said on Monday.
The company, in which Swiss cement maker Holcim holds more than 46 percent, has written to banks asking for quotes on five- and seven-year bonds and loans, three banking sources said.
A final decision will most probably take a week, the banking and company sources said.
