Cambridge Techno board oks divesting unit

MUMBAI (Reuters) - Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd said on Tuesday its board approved divesting its wholly owned unit CTE Global Solutions Pvt Ltd.

It took this step to simplify and enhance the efficiency of the company's global operations, it said in a statement.

The company did not provide the details of the divestment in the statement to stock exchanges.
